1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for Bharat UNite 2027, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. About the Event
Bharat UNite 2027 is a national youth political summit organised by WiitzEnd. The event comprises three rounds — an online national round, state-level rounds at partner institutions, and a Delhi finale on February 20–21, 2027.

3. Eligibility
Students (aged 16–28, currently enrolled) may register under the Student tier. Researchers, educators, and professionals must register under the appropriate tier. WiitzEnd reserves the right to verify eligibility and cancel registrations that do not meet the criteria, with a full refund issued.

4. Registration
Registration is complete only upon receipt of full payment. Each registration is for one individual and is non-transferable. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of registration. WiitzEnd is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the registrant.

5. Rounds and Participation
Participation in Round 2 and Round 3 is conditional upon qualifying from the preceding round. Qualification is at the sole discretion of WiitzEnd’s judging panel. WiitzEnd reserves the right to modify the format, schedule, or structure of any round with reasonable notice.

6. The Prize
The international summit prize is awarded to the top 3 participants per debate theme at the Delhi Finale, as determined by the judging panel. Travel and accommodation for the prize are provided by WiitzEnd subject to visa approvals, country-level access, and logistical feasibility. WiitzEnd is not liable for delays or changes to the international component due to circumstances beyond its control.

7. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally throughout the event. WiitzEnd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in misconduct, plagiarism, harassment, or any behaviour that disrupts the event or harms other participants. No refund will be issued in cases of disqualification for conduct violations.

8. Intellectual Property
All content produced during the event — including debate speeches, written submissions, and policy resolutions — may be compiled in the Bharat UNite Youth Policy White Paper and published by WiitzEnd. By participating, you grant WiitzEnd a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute this content with attribution.

9. Photography and Media
The event may be photographed, filmed, and livestreamed. By registering, you consent to your image and voice being used in event coverage, promotional material, and publications by WiitzEnd.

10. Liability
WiitzEnd is not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or other loss incurred during participation in the event. Travel to and from any round is the sole responsibility of the participant unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. Event Changes
WiitzEnd reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any part of the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government directives, or public health emergencies. In such cases, WiitzEnd will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to participation in Bharat UNite 2027 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction.
