1. General Policy
All registrations for Bharat UNite 2027 are final. We do not offer refunds once a registration has been confirmed and payment has been received, except in the specific circumstances described below.

2. Eligible Refunds
Event cancellation by WiitzEnd:
If WiitzEnd cancels Bharat UNite 2027 entirely and does not reschedule it, registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee within 14 working days.

Duplicate payment:
If you were charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 7 working days upon verification.

Technical failure at registration:
If payment was deducted but your registration was not confirmed due to a system error, you will receive either a confirmed registration or a full refund within 7 working days.

3. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases — change of mind after registration, inability to participate in any round due to personal reasons, failure to qualify from Round 1 or Round 2, schedule conflicts, or any reason not covered under Section 2 above.

4. Round Postponement
If individual rounds are rescheduled or moved online due to unforeseen circumstances, this does not constitute grounds for a refund. WiitzEnd will communicate changes in advance.

5. Transfer of Registration
Registrations are non-transferable. You may not transfer your registration to another person.

6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2, email us with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Registration ID]” within 7 days of the qualifying event. Include your full name, registered email, phone number, and reason for the request.

7. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
